President

Tyler leads Roland Foods’ day-to-day operations across the organization. He believes a hands-on leadership style gives employees the best opportunity to make a positive impact within the company, and ultimately, throughout their individual careers. Tyler has held various leadership positions in sales and operations at companies like the Chefs’ Warehouse, a specialty foodservice distributor, and Larkin Cold Storage, a cheese import and logistics company.

Tyler holds a degree in Finance from Syracuse University and a Culinary Arts Diploma from the International Culinary Center (formerly FCI).

Special Interests

Weekends cooking with his Big Green Egg, and spending time with his wife, Ellen, and Goldendoodle, Harvey.

Aimee Miralles

Vice President of People & Culture

Aimee and her team focus on matching the right people with the right roles, and creating an environment where they can do their best work. Transformation is Aimee’s obsession—both professionally and personally—and she is drawn to organizations where she can support teams through important transitions and evolutions.

Aimee has held various HR roles in several industries, including Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics and Consumer Products. 
Most recently, Aimee came from Groupe Danone, where she supported 
the topline functions of sales, marketing and food service for eight years. 
She holds a degree in Human Services from PACE University and is a certified facilitator of various breakthrough human diagnostic tools, such as Insights.

Special Interests

Cheering her sons on at tae kwon do, hockey and soccer. Doing CrossFit with her husband. Training for obstacle races.

Holly Kennedy Romano

Holly S. Kennedy Romano

General Counsel

Holly leads the Legal Department at Roland Foods. Working with her team, Holly manages risk and provides guidance on the complex and increasingly-regulatory framework for food, food importation, and compliance across the company and its affiliates.

Holly has more than 35 years of experience as a lawyer, primarily in corporate, and transactional law. Prior to joining Roland Foods, Holly worked in private practice. Her love of food brought her to Roland Foods, a brand she knew well from her childhood. Holly is a graduate of Harvard College and The Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.

Special Interests

Holly enjoys working out in her home gym with her husband, experimenting with new foods and flavors, and gardening.
