Whole grains such as quinoa, farro and wild rice, hold well for extended periods after being cooked and maintain their quality when served hot or cold.

Sauces
Switching up a sauce in a classic dish will generate excitement among consumers without compromising their comfort level. For example, trade buffalo sauce for Thai Sweet Chili Sauce in a standard wing recipe for a simple twist that will spark interest.
